Welcome to Ferntie. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our restaurant management platform. By accessing or using Ferntie, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding to use our services.

By creating an account or using Ferntie, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Ferntie provides a comprehensive restaurant management system including point of sale, kitchen display, order management, and payment processing tools. Our platform is designed to help restaurants streamline their operations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. You represent that you have the legal authority to bind your restaurant business to these terms.

You agree to use Ferntie only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use our platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected pricing plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

For restaurants using our payment processing, transaction fees apply as disclosed at the time of service. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

You retain ownership of all data you input into Ferntie. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service to you.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Ferntie and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ferntie and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your business branding and content. You grant us a limited license to display your business name and logo for promotional purposes.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We are not obligated to provide access to your data after termination, though you may request data export before termination.

Ferntie is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ferntie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of Ferntie after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
